La Careza de Mijas has been running for more than 6 years now. Although each year we put a lot of energy for the maintenance of the place, this year we want to go a step further.

Adding an indépendant laundry will ease to keep everything clean and tidy.

Moving the storage place behind the pool, will help for a discret maintenance of the garden.

Lighting of the garden, will give a glimpse of charm but also a bigger comfort to reach your accommodation.

The Shabby will now have is own kitchen. So all our accommodations will be completely independent.

A new terrace to welcome people at their arrival and make them feel warmly welcome.

A new antique wooden double door will do the transition from the parking to the garden and gives a "riad" look.

The barbecue by the pool is becoming a real summer kitchen which offer ionisated water to guests.

Yolo has been increased with a "ready to take sun" terrace.

Nevertheless the Noé will be given a 18 extra m2 for a cosy living room with spectacular view on mountains.

And if still possible the Rocheblin will offer you a brand new kitchen/dining room such as a comfortable place to eat outside.

Above all this Photovoltaïque will help to provide with the best services at managing costs.
